Can you add automatic folder sorting for known file types like Images automatically to one folder , Compressed files in another , Other file types in other folders , This would help a lot for those s randomly s everything and forgets the file name . It will be a pleasure if you add this feature by FDM 6

How about an option to add rules for tags?

For example, if I made a tag called Programs.
It would be neat if I could set up a rule that said, all file types that end in .exe gets added to the programs tag automatically.

And an option to specify a default folder, and auto-accept s.
And have the tags with the rules be able to overwrite that.

So I could automatically Programs to a sub-folder called Programs, for example.

Rules could include:
*Auto accept s. (This so you could auto accept only certain s that match.
* Based on file name.
* Based on file type.
* Based on file size.
* Based on the source. As in, the full url.
* Based on the domain. Only the domain part of the url. You could merge those two, and add for wildcard, "*".
* Regex. With optional parameters such as {filename}, {extension}, {size}, {source}, {domain}, and more?
* Possibly more as well?

Hmm... Maybe? Sorry. I haven't tried FDM 3.x. I just started using this program the other day, using the one from the front page here. FDM 5 I believe?

And I found the tags, but not really a whole lot I could do with them. Besides changing colors.
