Dial-up detection 6z273a

AryanGB » Thu Jan 19, 2006 4:36 am

I'd like the next version on FDM to come up with dial-up detection to avoid lots of "Unknown server error"s when the connection is dropped.

Also you could add a more detailed description of the error because "Unknown server error" doesn't help to solve FDM problems nor mine.

Please Alex, consider this because a few still use dialup and you could trigger an unwanted shutdown event if you can't reconnect in 30 minutes (happens to me!!!) in some cases. The thing about the Unknown server error is also true. An error number should be more useful if I have to report back to you.

Thanks in advance.
