Hi I have some prosla to make FDM easier to translate

- Add alway the language source files (fdm_xxx.ts - where xxx is the language code -ex. fdm_ita.ts for italin) to enable anyone toe dit and revise translation

- Change the installer from mono language (English) to multi-language.
