Is it true that FDM can preview zip file? 58426l
I heard a hearsay that FDM can preview zip, or other compressed format file, is it true ? If it's so how to use it ?

You have to have a zip program installed for that to work.

The previewing is only possible if you have an archive management program installed along with FDM.

FDM 3.9.7 comes with unrar.dll and some 7-zip codecs, so after clicking link you can see the list of files in zip and select which ones you want to . For rar or 7-zip archives you can probably browse the list of files, but you must the whole archive file, as it is created in solid mode.
In any case you can browse already ed archive as a folder in if you have installed proper shell extension in your system. Windows by default can browse zip archives, other formats need 3-rd party archiver or shell extension.
