found out that in firefox & ie video cannot be ed on 64bit systems

win8 build has ie 10(32/64bit)
both fail to integrate FDM
ie 10 will be released for win 7 too
can you guys add for that too?

This is valid for portable version
To fix this Fdm should @ every start up just like installed version
