Firefox updated to v19.0.1 and the problem when Flash Video Monitoring feature is enabled is back.(...)
This doesn't happen on IE.

Your report is too general, so I can only propose some general advice:
1. You should check all Firefox add-ons (conflicts with adblock, noscript, flashblock etc.) and your antivirus (firewall, internet security suite etc.) settings.
2. Youtube has changed its layout lately. Some bugs or non-standard coding there may cause unpredictable results, depending on your system configuration (video card drivers, Windows version and updates, HTML5 settings etc.). Such bugs should be fixed by Google, not by third party software developers - they only can prepare some temporary workarounds.
3. Firefox 19.0.1 update was prepared to fix some displaying problems in Windows 8. The update may fix those bugs, but introduce other ones, visible in other Windows versions or with other video cards only. You should report such bugs to Mozilla developers.

first, thanks for this great tool

One problem I have at the moment with 3.9.2.1294:

1) 1st time I start FDM, it opens normal on monitor 1
2a) I drag FDM to monitor 2
2b) all messages/windows are displayed on monitor 2. good.
3. now I close FDM
4a) now I start FDM a second time, but it opens on monitor 1 and only with a small width window (the height is ok)
4b) all messages/windows are displayed on monitor 1. bad.

I assume, if I drag an application to a specific monitor and reopen it, it opens on the last monitor.

This problem still exists in 3.9.2 build 1301.
FDM is always displayed on my primary display after start. And if it was previously on my secondary, with only a small width window.

I'm sorry, I can't help you. I don't use FDM in multi-monitor configuration and I am only a FDM , not a developer.

Automatic update is broken. When using option Help | Check for update now we can see misleading information that the newest version is build 1289, so it's impossible to update from build 1293 or 1294.

Hello, I would like to report about some bugs in the 1294 Build
1) Media Preview:
it only recognize flv format, doesn't recognize MP4 format when I HD videos from Youtube, and when I try to play it through FDM the video gets cropped, and I can't change the position of the video cursor at all.

2) Importing magnets from utorrent:
the imported s from utorrent takes a while to be ready, and after being imported, it never starts ing.

Hmm. It seems, I need to post my bug report in this thread to get answers? Sorry, I posted it wrong before then. Let me repeat.

Recently (in 2012, December actually) I ed some "dirs" from cd.textfiles.com. With FDM, it worked mostly like a charm (except this index.html files everywhere, but I can delete it manually )

Today I accidentally deleted one of this dirs - Adventures in Heaven 2 - and tried to re it... Unsuccessfully!

It's very strange, as only major difference here is my system: I changed my old WinXP for Win8 this year. So maybe it's system problem. But it's strange anyway.

Let me to describe it in detail.

I am using v.3.9.2.build 1303.

1. I am adding link http://cd.textfiles.com/aventheaven2 to HTML-Spider, selecting depth 99, keep structure, no .htm extension, pics and files, from http://cd.textfiles.com/aventheaven2 only, subdirs included.

Result: I am ing only one file aventhaven2, without extension, that is definitely index.html actually! No more s happens.

2. Same sets, but "add .htm" checked.

Result: everything starts to , but all files without extensions receiving .htm.

It got confused me until today - but I just discovered source of the the issue! %)

See:
1. When I am adding directory, it (now) automatically creates associated aventhaven2 file.
2. After ing it and see that it's actually dir, FDM tries to create subdir... that is exactly the same name as already existed file! Failing, of course.

If filename is different somehow (here goes .htm bit) or directory exist already (so creating file got (1) in name automatically) - everything works as expected.

Can you fix it, please? (Also, I am confusing, why I never seen it in XP).

P.S. Also, minor issue: FDM always starts in last state that it was before exit: minimized, if it was minimized or full window, if it was open. Can I disable this behavior, please?

it would be cool, if FDM would have two extra columns with "SHA-1" and "MD5" (maybe also onw for "CRC32") check-sum/hash value in the list of ed files or as an popup/dialog after the .

Have you tried adjusting settings in the FDM Options->Settings->Essential tab?

See:

Please proceed to the Options->Settings-> New ->Advanced-> Miscellaneous and select a particular action from the list for the case 'If the file already exists'.
