They should keep the name "Free Manager".
Why? Because it's plain, and to-the-point. I get tired of stupid application names that include words like "Lightning", "Storm", "Ultra", "Power", and other nonsense like that. This is a manager, and it's free, so... Free Manager.
Plus, with the name it has, it would be a bit tricky for them to convert it to shareware.
