FDM not removing mark of the web from s 6i27s

I have posted this via form, but as there is usually no response from there decided to also ask in the forums. I have noticed that since 6.27 version every executable/installer i would cause Windows smartscreen popup as FDM is not removing mark of the web anymore from s (same as if i would be ing via browser directly). Main reason i use FDM is to avoid this annoyance with s. Was it a bug or intentional change? Same in 6.28. Rolled back to 6.26.2 for now.

6.28 allows to disable this feature in settings.

Yes, i have found your email reply in my spam folder and have now unchecked Mark ed files setting. Thanks. Would be nice to have proper release notes with all the changes somewhere on the site.
