FDM wont start 6g6h52

Hi,

I have been using FDM for about a year now, but then today it just stopped starting up. I use Windows XP and i have FDM version 1.9. No matter how long i wait or how many times i click on FDM, it just wont start. After a while a popup comes up and it says "Free Manager not properly installed! Please reinstall Free Manager". I have reinstalled FDM many times, but still it doesn't start.

same on Windows 2003 , until I restarted OS.
And aslo many problems and bugs during starting downoad , I'll try to locate error conditions and post it here.

Have you ever tried to the program another time to reinstall it?

Have you installed other programs after that? If not, do so and look if they work (also take a look at the install program such as Install Shield Wizzard or Windows Installer - they should be the same to test it).

Well, same here... w2k Pro and it was ok... but not anymore... I have tried uninstall, reinstall (even in different directory), cleaning up the registry and it simply does not start. even from command line no errors but...

I've had the same problem, clean reinstall fixes the problem for a while, but now the problem's back. The FDM icon shows in the task list for a while (with ALT-TAB), but has no window associated with it. I use the minimize to tray option, is it a bug with that?

I have ed for 8 months now and NO ONE HAS ED ME!!! I cannot a thing because when I try it says FDM is not properly installed. I cannot install it because it says it cannot be installed because FDM is not installed correctly. I just want to get rid of it totally. I did try and it says it cannot uninstall because it does not exist. If it does not exist then why can't I anything???????????? PLEAS HELP ME!!! You can me at [email protected]. I tried logging in and it says my e-mail address is not correct. SO, I put in every e-mail address I ever had and it still saqys the same thing. I have always had the same name. I GIVE UP!!!

I had the same problem with FDM after to install the UPHClean ( Profile Hive Clean Service) of the MS and to set CALLSTACK_LOG = 1. After reset the Flag to zero and restart my computer, the FDM came back to function correctly.
