Import from 3.9.7 to FDM 5.1 2v1o3l

I'm also using FDM 3.9.7 and considering using the new FDM.
Therefore I also would like to import my past links to quickly recognize double s.
Is there a way to import old s in the meantime?

Free Manager 3.9.7 seems to be able to export s as .xml/.txt/.html file.
Is there a way to import old s?
Or is there a way to convert the old s into a format that can be read/handled by the new FDM?

Unfortunately, no.

This is the reason why I use a torrent program to run torrents and not use FDM as my version is at 3 and it works just fine for Chrome and Firefox.
