FDM for Android always open folder with My Files after click on ed tasks 2a2o1t

After finishing a task, FDM for Android (6.17.0.4792) always open My Files app (I used a Samsung Galaxy device) when I click on a finished task, not open the file directly. Please fix it.

It's not enough to report your FDM build. You should also report your system (Android in this case) version. Follow the reporting rules, please.

I found this can be reproduced if I ed APK or EXE files.

You should go to Android settings for apps and make sure that you can allow FDM to install apps from unknown sources. There are some changes in Android 12+ and in Google Play which might to disable this setting.
I don't know where exactly these settings are located, I don't use Android 12 and Samsung Galaxy.

Sounds like a bug in Qt framework we use. For now, we use Qt 5.12.12. It's a bit outdated but we did not have any known issues until now. Thanks for reporting it, we'll check it.

Thanks for the info. However, it seems this can't explain why it can't open EXE files... As far as I understand, these EXE files should be associated with some emulator which is capable of launching them and there should be no mess with Android 12...

I’ve just found the interface still used outdated when I see the dialog, so I think you’re right.

I have installed this app on Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge+ (Android 7.0), and I installed X-plore there. While I open a ed APK from FDM, it opened X-plore instead.
