but reinforcing the OP notion and adding an urgent important request:
Can FDM 6 be far more transparent on where and how it stores its pause-resume (meta) data for tracking/keeping all the process, most of which would be explained to end s and they can manually use it as the last resort to a torrent Blue Screen of Death (BSoD), please?
Better even consider to create or have the data in xml format file, or other self-explained format file type.
