I'm posting because I was unsuccessful searching here for a similar thread.
This is typical of but not exclusive to YouTube. The problem is that it seems to occur often, but randomly; not all the time.
Sometimes, when I hover the mouse over an active video and the " it" button appears, and I then try to move the cursor over the " it" button to use it, the button disappears/hides. It immediately reappears when I move back over the video. Back and forth, the same thing; appears and disappears.
Does anyone else experience this?
I did discover sort of a workaround for this; by hovering over the video and right clicking in and continuing to depress the right mouse button as I move the cursor, I can move the cursor over to the " it" button without it disappearing.

Yes, I've seen this in Firefox and am also using XP SP3. My workaround is to right click a blank area of the page and select video with Free Manager.
