Still Bugs in the bandwidh speed calculation or similar 3n3cg

After ing several files, FDM 3.9 B1194 hangs, stopps occasionally to the remaining files on the list. Furthermore it started to much quicker using the given maximum of chunks e.g. while ing LibreOffice.
Ok, my connection is not the best, but it is by far not that buggy as it looks like using FDM.

Any ideas?
