only 2 simultaneous s? 3f6g26

I have latest version 3.0 build 848. No matter what i do, fdm doesn't run automatically more than 2 simultaneous s.

At options/setting/network i've set:

1. max number of connections to 500 (cause 60 or 70 wouldn't help),
2. max number of connections per server 20 (cause it won't take a number higher than 20), and
3. max number of running s 8.

Now e.g. if i get 4 links in fdm only 2 start running, then i have to click start all s for the rest to start. Also, with max number of connections set to 60 (which is default), after clicking on start all s, s would start, but after a minute they would stop again, and only 2 would run.

So is it then default running s always 2, and only by setting max number of connections to a very high number more s will run, and only if you hit on start all s.

Yes, ofcourse it is in heavy mode.

In fact i increased the heavy mode options wrt no of connections up to 500, and still when i click on start all s, they do start, but after a minute or so, i'm back to only 2 s.

Now, i have to it that total speed of 2 s is high enough to compensate for this. But again why won't it more than 2 at the time since according to the settings it should, beats the hell out of me!!!
