Problem with server 37316x

I still don't know why FDM can't connect to the server. I can't update FDM because there's no connection to the server and I also can't anything because there's no connection.
Can someone help me?

Are you trying to a new version of FDM? What version do you have now? There is 2.1 stable and 2.3 beta.

What URL are you using?

Same problem, i am using windows vista, might that be the problem?

I have the same problem. I am using Vista also. I am online and my firewall and antivirus are both off when I'm trying to a file. It would say "Starting ..." and immediately after that, it would say "Can't connect to the server" and then "Pause 5 sec." After a few more attempts, the would stop itself or FDM would stop it.

Someone please help!
