There is that option: If you mean an option to shutdown or hibernate after the s have finished.

Check the "Shutdown the computer when done" from the Tools menu.
A box will pop up asking you what type of a shutdown you want to do
the options are:
Shutdown
Restart
Logoff
Hibernate
and Stand By.

That option is useful, but I don't think that's what mjoya meant. My computer is set to go to sleep after half an hour of inactivity, and it still automatically goes to sleep even if there's a running. It would be nice if FDM prevented the computer from sleeping automatically until all the s have finished.
