FDM when U running 100% 4r37n

FDM v2.1 can't open it's window when U is running 100% for instance when encoding video with VirtualDub.

System spec:
AMD64 4400+
DDR400 2GB (512MB x 4)
Gigabyte K8NS Ultra
WinXP SP1

Well, try decreasing VirtualDub's priority. Find the process eating ~100% U in task manager and set its priority to low. That should help.
